In that same proprietary process, we blend in natural cane sugars, creating a true smoked sugar.

However, we’re not done yet. In this process we uniquely eliminate the undesirable compounds such as BAP’s.

From here it’s off to our clients to help create great tasting food items such as: meats, seafood, marinades, rubs, sauces, seasonings, snacks, vegetables, cheeses, baked goods, chocolates and specialty beverages.
